Advanced Low-Dust Planing
BOBF was the first company in Ireland to introduce the Bobcat T66 R-Series, paired with a purpose-built drum planer with integrated water suppression. This advanced system allows precise planing of 3mm to 50mm from concrete screeds and enables the efficient removal of tile adhesives, smoothing compounds, and thick resin coatings while significantly reducing dust and airborne particles, improving both site safety and environmental conditions.
Zero-Waste Pump Truck
BOBF was also the first to deploy a one-of-a-kind pump truck, specifically designed for pumping smoothing compounds, rapid-drying screeds, and foam concrete. It has a zero-waste design where only the exact quantity required is batched, with no paper or plastic waste sent to landfill. Materials are supplied via silos, tankers, or reusable 1,000kg bulk bags.

Where possible, we use battery powered equipment which reduces emissions, improves site safety, lowers noise levels, and allows us to work efficiently in occupied or sensitive environments.
