Pumping

Pumping smoothing compound is a service we provide that allows the transfer smoothing compound of strengths up to 35NM in the designated area. We can apply levels from 3mm upwards. Our technique allows us to pump smoothing compound in a short period time, providing maximum time efficiency for your business operating hours. For example, we can pump 1000 m2 at 3mm deep in 1 hour & 10 minutes.

The pumping unit is set up outside the site and only the hoses are brought inside the building. This helps avoid the ongoing issue of airborne cement particles when mixing indoors.

All our smoothing compounds are suitable and meet all standards required to fit your new flooring the following day.

Fitting

We provide all aspects of commercial/industrial flooring from the smallest project to the largest projects in Ireland. BOBF constantly up skills it’s staff, travelling to UK and Europe to make sure our training and skills are applying the latest standards in fitting.
BOBF are highly regarded in our industry, even the manufacturers choose our company to test their latest adhesives and screed products to make sure they comply with market requirements and standards.

Please note we do not provide timber flooring.

Stripping

Our stripping service has changed the whole system in Ireland. Using the latest technology and machinery. We are the only company in Ireland to use our state of the art stripping machines, that creates a simpler more cost effective solution to strip floors.

No longer do we walk behind man powered machinery that can be manually intensive for staff, we now use our ride-on floor strippers. Time is key to your business and we know this, for example 4000m<sup>2</sup> of vinyl can be stripped by us in under 2 days.  We can strip car showrooms in a weekend in comparison to the old technology on the market that can take three to four weeks.

Cleaning

We not only strip and fit but we also provide cleaning services for your flooring. We can provide high spec floor coverings, so your company can get the long term benefit and value for money on your flooring for over ten to twenty years. We also have our own cleaning systems and we can provide regular maintenance for your flooring.

An out of hours’ service is provided so that we can allow your business to work freely as required on a day to day basis. With over twenty-two years flooring knowledge we know the right cleaners, chemicals, detergents and sealers to be used to comply with manufacturers specifications.

Tiling

We are the right company for you if your require tiling contracts that need a quick turnaround. We also specialise in large areas, such as shopping centres and car garages. We can provide the full service of stripping, screed and tiling to make sure your business day-to-day actives are not interfered with.

Maintenance

BOBF also offer a maintenance service such as light repairs, fixing broken doors and floors. We can provide maintenance to your floors that require both low and high maintenance. We also provide other facility services such as cleaning gutters, drains and maintenance of car parks.

We also supply service of suspended ceilings, metal stud walls & complete strip out and re-fit of retail units. We do call out services for storm damage and repairs, removal of fallen trees, snow removal and more.

Strip Out

BOBF can help your business save time and money when moving into your new business unit. We can help strip out and remove, existing stock, shelving, old walls, doors and we can also provide a re-fit service.

We specialise in wall, floor covering and ceiling removal. We can also remove concrete floors and screed demolition, complete internal rubble waste, and stock removal and disposal.
